- Information Counter: Located at the Sai 2 Entrance, GF, The Jungle Zone. This counter provides general information, facilities, and services, including wheelchair assistance.
- Tourist Service Center: Near the drop-off point at The Bay Zone. The team here supports tourists with information, wheelchair, money exchange, tour agency. And the car rental service "Hertz", which offers the unique convenience of renting your car at Jungceylon and return it directly at the airport
Terms and Conditions
- Required Deposit: Guests must either deposit an original passport or provide a cash deposit of 5,000 THB or 200 USD.
- Maximum Usage: The service is available for a maximum of 5 hours per session.
- Operating Hours: The wheelchair service closes at 9:00 PM.

After arriving at the hall, take exit gate 3. The bus providers, such as the Phuket Smart Bus (Route 1) and Airport Bus Express (Route 3), will take you to Jungceylon, Patong. The buses depart approximately every half an hour. The fixed transportation cost to Jungceylon is 100 Baht.
Car Rental
In the arrival hall, there are several car rental services, such as Hertz Car Rental, Sixt Rent a Car, Asap Car Rental, Avis Car Rental, and more. Prices vary by car rental provider, so please check with them directly.
Taxi
Taxis are readily available at official counters outside the arrival hall, offering fixed rates to popular areas like Patong (typically 800 - 1,400 Baht).
