For visitors who just need a quick baht top-up, ATMs are placed widely throughout Jungceylon, so there's rarely a need to backtrack far from wherever you're shopping. Do keep in mind that most Thai ATMs charge a foreign transaction fee (typically around 220 baht per withdrawal for non-Thai cards), so it's worth withdrawing a larger amount at once rather than making several small withdrawals.

Because these banks operate on mall hours rather than typical Thai banking hours, they're open daily, including weekends and sometimes on public holidays(please check before visit), and operate till evening, which is later than outside branches, especially useful for tourists who can't exactly take a weekday off to sort out banking matters.

A Few Tips for a Smoother Visit

• Bring your passport. Most banking services beyond simple currency exchange will ask for ID.
• Check the hours before you go, though the branches inside the mall will open until late, it still closes before the mall closing time, and each bank has different operating hours. So please carefully check the information before visiting.
• Weekends work fine, unlike standalone bank branches elsewhere in Phuket that often close on weekends, all banks inside Jungceylon(and mostly all the department stores) are open daily.
