Jungceylon is open from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. The open-air sections do not follow that schedule. The ground floor of The Garden Zone is a line of restaurants and bars that open onto the street, and most of them stay open late. A few stores are still serving at 2:00 AM. Below is what is actually available at three points in the night, and where to find it.

10:00 PM: the shops close, the restaurants do not

At 10:00 PM, the indoor floors close. Fashion, beauty, electronics and the cinema level in The Botanica Zone stop selling, the basement stalls in The Jungle Zone close, and the banks in that basement have been shut since early evening.

The ground floor of The Garden Zone is open, and this is where you have the most options. Thai Food Factory and Bangkok 101 are both open until 11:00 PM, as does why?not. Wine Connection closes at 11:00 PM with last order at 9:45 PM, so you should arrive before 9:30 PM. The supermarket in The Botanica Zone also stays open until 11:00 PM, which makes it the one place in the building to pick up groceries, water or snacks after the mall itself has closed.

If you are arriving at 10:00 PM with a group and no booking, it is the easiest time to find a table. An hour later the list is shorter.

Midnight: grab a meal and drinks at The Garden Zone

What's left is a group of sit-down restaurants on the ground floor of The Garden Zone, all of them open until 12:00 AM.

MAMA Thai Asian Food serves until 12:00 AM. Churrasco Phuket Steakhouse closes at the same time. La Casa closes at 12:00 AM with the last order at 11:00 PM, which is the earliest last order in this group and the one people most often miss. The Irish Times Pub also opens until 12:00 AM and is the better choice if you want a drink rather than a full meal.

Roxane Cafe & Restaurant opened slightly longer, closing at 12:30 AM with last order at 11:45 PM. It opens at 7:30 AM, which means it is trading for roughly seventeen hours a day and is a reasonable answer to both "where can we eat before the mall opens" and "where can we eat at midnight."

A useful rule for this hour: if you want to sit down and order at midnight, aim to be seated by 11:00 PM. Several kitchens stop taking orders an hour before the doors close.

2:00 AM: two counters and a convenience store

After 12:30 AM the list narrows to three stores, and two of them are open around the clock.

Taco Bell in The Garden Zone is open from 11:00 AM to 4:00 AM. It is the latest full kitchen on the property and the one worth knowing about, because 2:00 AM in Patong is otherwise a street-cart hour.

McDonald's on the ground floor of The Garden Zone is open 24 hours. There is a second McDonald's branch in The Bay Zone; when you are looking for it at 2:00 AM, the one confirmed as 24 hours is the Garden Zone branch.

7-Eleven in the basement of The Jungle Zone is also open 24 hours, for water, medicine, phone top-ups, ATM access and a SIM card if yours has stopped working. Jungceylon has a second 7-Eleven branch on the ground floor of The Bay Zone; again, the one confirmed as 24 hours is the basement branch in The Jungle Zone.

Shake Shack, located in The Jungle Zone at the front of Jungceylon, is open daily from 9:00 AM until 4:00 AM. It serves high-quality meals including its signature ShackBurger and Phuket-exclusive such as Mango Sticky Rice Shake and Phuket Shacknana Concretes, making it one of the top late-night dining options in Jungceylon.
