Travel Tips

Best Times to Visit

Weekdays in the morning are the best times to visit for a peaceful and enjoyable experience. During these hours, the mall is less crowded compared to weekends and holidays, ensuring a more relaxed atmosphere for shopping and dining.

Parking Information

Before leaving the parking lot, it’s helpful to know about the E-stamp system. This system offers parking discounts based on your spending at the mall.

How the E-Stamp Works

  • Discounts Based on Spending: With the E-stamp, you can get parking discounts based on how much you spend. For example, if you spend at least 200 baht, you can park for free for the first three hours with a motorcycle. For cars, a minimum spend of 500 baht is needed for the same benefit.

  • Easy to Use: After shopping, present your parking ticket at the counters to get an E-stamp. These counters are located near the Big C entrance and in the basement parking lift lobby in The Botanica Zone.

  • Autopay Machines: When ready to leave, use an autopay machine to calculate your final fee after discounts. These machines are located at the entrance near Big C and in the basement parking area.

Parking Fee Breakdown

  • First 30 Minutes: Free.

  • After 30 Minutes: 20 baht per hour.

  • Bank Transactions: Get 1 hour free, then 20 baht per hour.

  • Motorcycles: Spend at least 200 baht for free parking for the first 3 hours; after that, 20 baht per hour.

  • Cars: Spend at least 500 baht for free parking for the first 3 hours; after that, 20 baht per hour.

  • Cinema Visitors: Free parking for the first 4 hours, then 20 baht per hour.

  • Exceeding 5 Hours: Charged at 50 baht per hour.

  • Fractions of an Hour: Counted as a full hour.

By using the E-stamp system, you can save on parking fees and leave the mall with ease.

Carrying Cash

When exploring the area or shopping with smaller vendors nearby, it’s advisable to carry cash, as some may not accept credit cards. Having Thai Baht on hand ensures a seamless experience when paying for transportation or smaller purchases.
